Last Monday, June 17th I celebrated my birthday together with my family, friends and church mates. It was a blast and I really enjoyed my special day! My loved ones surprised me with a slow dance presentation as if I am a debutante with 18 roses dance since I celebrated my 30th birthday. It was indeed a fun and enjoyable birthday party because all of my invited guests came and they really enjoyed the party and the foods as well.

Thank You Lord for giving me another year of Happiness and Joy! Thank you to all the people who greeted me on my Special Day... to my family, relatives, friends, fellow bloggers and VHC family... I do appreciate the thoughts and effort. Those birthday greetings made me realize that in my life, there are a lot of people who LOVE me and CARE for me. God bless you all. Thank you! ♥♥♥

My New Online Job

Posted by Karen Chayne Sanchez at 4:34 AM 29 comments Links to this post
This is what keeps me busy this time. I have my new online job and I'm on my second week! First and foremost I thanked God for giving me this wonderful job. Aside from blogging, this is what I'm concentrating right now. My job is not far from blogging since I also write articles. The only difference is that most of the topics and keywords that I write is all about internet marketing. I write it in a professional and informative way with a minimum of 800 words per article.

At first, I find it hard but eventually I was able to adjust how I am going to work it out. The secret is that you just have to follow the instructions carefully and write in your own words what you have understood on the articles, ebooks or videos out from the given instructions. I do my very best and I'm not just working for the sake of money. I put my heart in my job.

I'm also thankful that I have a very kind employer and a good paying job that pays weekly. My minimum income from blogging was multiplied by my recent article writing job. What more can I ask for? I am highly favored and blessed of having this job. Thank you Lord!

My Brother and I Agree on Underwear

One advantage of having an older brother is you can talk about stuff that you may not want to talk about with your buddies. For example, certain issues that you get going through puberty, or like advice about talking to girls when you’re really insecure and don’t want your friends to know you’re more shy than you come across. One issue of rather minor importance that I’ve talked to my older brother about probably more than I’d care to admit is mens boxers, and what kind of underwear we enjoy most. I mean, how are you to know what other people do if you don’t ask them, and who better to ask than your older bro? He’s got more years of trying out different styles!

So we talked about boxer briefs and we both agree that they’re by far and away the best. We also agree that Thanksgiving is the best holiday, because there’s no pressure to buy gifts, and you get to eat amazing food and enjoy the family. We also agree that Gramma is the best family member, because as she gets older, she gets a bit more crotchety and it’s really funny. We usually drink a lot at meals – not too, too much – but we get tipsy and start talking about who knows what, and Gramma always comes up with these hilarious zingers, usually on mom. Mom hates that but the rest of us love it.

Well, we don’t’ usually talk about underwear at the dinner table, I can tell you that, but if we did, I bet gramma would have some hilarious comments to add to the conversation. If she asked us where we got them, we’d tell her that we bought them at http://rounderwear.com/, but she doesn’t really use the internet so she probably would have no idea what we were talking about. I usually explain websites as stores that you don’t go to, but that you can still see. That doesn’t usually help.

Its summer time here in the Philippines and its also the start of summer vacation. It is the time when people can enjoy many things such as swimming, sun bathing, beach and pool parties. Summer means more time with family and friends and waking up late in the morning, right? For some of you, summer means an excuse to engage in complete laziness.

For others, it means a chance to hang out with friends more often but also an opportunity to work a few more hours, do a summer job and make some extra money in it. While it’s good to take a break from the everyday busyness of school, sports, and other activities during the school year, it’s important not to completely turn off your mind and body during summer. It’s great to take the first week or so after school gets out to completely relax and get some rest.

Here's some few tips that I would like to share with you to help you stay healthy and happy during summer vacation. Well, first of all we need rest. We all need it, so don’t feel guilty and enjoy the slower pace that summer brings. I love sleeping in until 10:00 am, instead of my normal 5:30am wake up call to get my daughter off to school. Get to bed early when you can. Next is you need to relax. You will be able to relax when you’re well rested it may take a day or two, before you get in the groove, but you will. Take deep breaths and slow your mind. Allow it to be open to new ideas when you’re ready to receive them.

Try to catch up with your friends and family. Have a simple pot luck cookout or picnic and reconnect with those you love and don’t see as often as you’d like. Keep it simple because sometimes those are the best times we can share with each other. Visit a new place you haven’t been to before. There are many beautiful places around you that you probably have not taken the time to see or visit. It will enlighten you to your local surroundings and provide you with food for thought when generating new ideas for your personal and business life.

Eat healthy. Just because it’s summer, that doesn’t mean you should pig out each day. Remember to eat full meals, not just snacks all day. Get up and get out! Summer is the perfect time to go outside and get active. Go swimming, take a bike ride or take your dog for a walk. Above all keep safe and have fun!

I am currently on vacation mode right now together with my family. My mom and her boyfriend arrived a week ago as spending their one month holiday here with us. We rented an apartment near the beach that’s why we stayed here with them. As of now I’m only using a 3G broadband USB internet and I can’t go online all time. We always accompany them wherever they go.

Of course we are also taking the time bonding with them since its been 2 years that I haven’t seen my mom. It is our first time to meet her boyfriend Markus. It is his first time to visit the Philippines too. We really did enjoyed our time here. We still have lots of itinerary plans as we visit the different tourist spots here in our country. I’m sure its gonna be a fun and exciting holiday because we spend it together with my family.

Getting the Right Contractor for Your Roofing Repair

Posted by Karen Chayne Sanchez at 4:48 AM 40 comments Links to this post
You may not noticed it but since roofs are hardly seen, they are not noticed until a problem arises, specially when there's a leak in them. We all know that the roof covers the entire house and protects its contents from outside forces. Although it is easy to think that the roof gets its cleaning from the rain it receives, roof repair has recently become popular for many reasons. I find roof cleaning or repair less costly than roof replacement. Cleaning is the best maintenance for any structure. This is true also for your roof because it will prevent the growth of organisms that may cause damage. Cleaning with the right cleaners and pressure will ensure a proper clean and avoid damage to the roof. Just like what the montréal couvreur roof repair is doing, they inspect for any damage that may need immediate repair or restoration.

A simple repair from them which is done in a timely manner will spare you of some cost later if the problem is left to deteriorate from sheer neglect. They take pride in their reputation as one of the best roof repair contractor by offering excellent support where their customers are confident that they will be taken care of. Their service is sure to thrive because many homeowners now realize the benefit of having their roof professionally cleaned. The challenge lies in getting the réparation toiture montréal contractor worth the money you will pay because they have the right equipment, cleaners, expertise, professionalism, and even insurance for the job. So, always strive to get value for your money by getting the right contractor to do the roof cleaning for your house.

Help you Move your Personal Belongings

Posted by Karen Chayne Sanchez at 5:09 PM 15 comments Links to this post
Moving from one place to another is indeed a very tiring job. One of the main problem is the loading and unloading of our belongings. I can attest to that because ever since I was a child, we keep on transferring to another place since we don't have our own house at that time. If I only knew about a moving company who could help us in our relocation, then it would be easy for us to shift our belongings. I find hiring a good moving company such as the movers montreal very helpful because they offer a great and high quality service while relocating either our home or office. All our worries will get over once we hand over the task to them.

Aside from the fact that we are not only tension free when it comes to shifting our stuffs but we are also relieved of their trustworthiness and reliability. It is because professional movers like them have experience and they know how to pack the valuable items. They will make sure that our belongings get packed properly and will arrive in perfect condition. House movers are insured, so they will definitely give us a peace of mind, right? that is why it is very important to choose for the best moving company. So if you are planning to relocate, then quickly hire the  déménageurs montréal and enjoy their genuine services and let your valuable items reach its destination safely.

Keep your Home Clean with a Vacuum Cleaner

Posted by Karen Chayne Sanchez at 11:26 PM 9 comments Links to this post
Do you need a high quality infiltration system to remove dust, mold and other allergens from your home? What type of equipment do you like to use? There may be a lot of disposable dusting cloths and quick cleaning tools available for you to use but I believe that a vacuum has a lot of cleaning potential. You may noticed that most vacuum types such as canister models or uprights have hoses and attachments because they are designed for cleaning more than floors and carpets. With its efficient suction and convenient accessories, a vacuum can shorten your cleaning time, do you agree with that?

So, instead of merely just sweeping or wiping, you can use a vacuum in removing the dust and allergens rather than just moving them around the room. The carpets were cleaned by sweeping them with a stiff bristle broom. It cleans more thoroughly and completely than sweeping did and it doesn't fill the air with dust which sweeping did.Buying a vacuum cleaner is indeed a great option for your ease and convenient in cleaning. You just need to have a good buyers guide, know how your vacuum will be used and decide on your personal preference about the tools and equipment you choose.

There are many good vacuum cleaner products available on the market today but all of them are different which meet the needs of different customers. I suggest you choose the top of the line vacuum cleaners such as the  Miele Vacuum cleaners as it effectively cleans your inside cabinets and drawers, books, stairs, closets, pillows, mattresses, draperies, ceiling fans, light fixtures and carpets. A good vacuum cleaner is indeed a good investment in your home as it makes your life easy and comfortable. So make the right choice for your family and lifestyle today. Buy a vacuum cleaner now!
